"From the check in to with Elizabeth to check out was a great experience! The hotel has private parking ( included) the breakfast from 8 to 10 am was amazing!! Comfy beds and quiet! The town? Incredible beautiful. "

"The rooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were vety comfortable. Everybody was so kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. My only regret was not being able to stay another night as we were traveling to Assisi the next day. The locat to Lucca was also perfect and tge drive into the walled city was less than two minutes. I can't say enough great things about our hostess and her mom. They we absolutely sweet and wonderful people. The next time, I will use La Chiuso Delle Monache...

"The room, bathroom, bedding all very clean and the bedroom was quite large. The welcome we received was very good and a good explanation of how the amenities work. Breakfast was just around the corner in a little cafe (all was very good). There are steps leading upto the room. Aircon a little noisy. The location of the appartment was excellent. Overall very pleased and would definitely go back."

"This hotel room was great! I loved the features and location great too! There is a cafe though under it and both nights were soooooo loud from 12-3am (maybe beyond). It seemed to be an area for locals to gather after the bar! I’m a deep sleeper and it kept be up so be wary."

"Habitación limpia, el baño está bien, el desayuno es en el horario de 7:00 a 9:00 am y es muy básico, el cuarto que nos tocó tiene ventana hacia la avenida por lo que en la noche hay mucho ruido, hasta en la habitación te ponen unos tapones para minimizar esto "
