"Front desk staff allowed homeless people to enter in the breakfast area and grab anything they would like. While the person attending the breakfast area did not want to allow this, when the front desk person came over they did allow it."

"Wonderful room and delicious breakfast! A unique stay 😊"

"Clean room and comfy mattresses. The place allows pets which found us waiting for the next elevator so the guest with the barely controllable Pitt bulls could go ahead. The person at check-in seemed like she was juggling a lot of other people’s duties but was quick, efficient and very accommodating. The room was basic but quiet enough. "Clean rooms. Very nice and helpful staff and also complimentary breakfast daily. I would recommend to anyone they have 5 stars from me with everything"

"Great breakfast, nice quiet hotel with helpful staff."

"Could not believe how expensive almost ALL hotels were in MA. This was not a great value for the money - but it was one of the few options we were willing to pay for. Definitely NOT worth the cost, but then I suspect most options weren't."
