"I would give this place more stars if I could. Villa De Sant is truly an amazing and incredibly comfortable hotel with a really cool vibe and beautiful artwork throughout the space. From the moment you walk in, it feels welcoming and relaxing. The best part of the experience has been Freddy at the front desk. He is honestly one of the sweetest and kindest people and easily the best front desk staff member I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. He goes far above and beyond what is normally expected, always being warm, helpful, and genuinely caring about guests. He really makes you feel at home and taken care of. They make your breakfast fresh every morning and it’s excellent, with good, strong coffee to get your day started haha. Everyone who works here is just so kind and welcoming, and the whole team creates an atmosphere that feels more like family than a hotel. Highly recommend staying here if you want a comfortable place with a great atmosphere and truly wonderful people. Super easy walk to the Mercado Artesanal and really cheap to Uber everywhere else. "

"We loved our visit at this charming family run boutique hotel. The charming staff went out of their way to make our stay special. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The included breakfast was freshly made while we enjoyed a coffee each morning. Located right across the street Ajido park and only a short walk to the metro station. I highly recommend this lovey hotel. "

"Very old hotel. Not updated since 90s I would guess. Staff are procedure based, strictly no access to rooms before 3 and even then my room was not available "

"Every trip to Ecuador I would stay at this Hotel. The rooms a very spacey and roomie always clean the staff is very friendly and the staff speaks very good English so there's no misunderstandings if you're planning to eat the restaurant inside the hotel has the top of the line food everything on it very delicious"

"Excellent hotel. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I found it very clean, we did not use the gym but it looked very well equipped. We did enjoy the Hot tub, pool, cold plunge, and sauna. The best part as I knew rain was in the forecast, everything was on the roof and covered so you can still utilize everything. Restaurant was pretty good, I found adding the breakfast was worth it for convenience, good selection but it is buffet so i did not expect the best."
