"Beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was so cosy, clean & well looked after. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, they made us feel very at home and were very attentive throughout our time. Great location and a short 5 minute drive to Haworth. "Did not like the abscence of humans until breakfast. The cook was obliging in making me a bacon butty for breakfast. The bed was comfy and the hotel was clean but a wee tired."

"Moved from the bull to the shepherds rest as an upgrade prior to arrival. Out of 4 rooms (party of 4), rooms 10 and room 4 no heating. The bull may have better but I’d avoid the shepherds rest. Also none of the TVs worked in any of the 4 rooms and Wi-Fi password not shared. A shame as the rooms were fine even if the showers are a little small. Place was clean and obviously has been invested in. "

"Perfect cottage with everything we needed, owners went that extra mile to make us comfortable with towels and grocery supplies we hadn’t asked for, ideally located right in the heart of Haworth, just a short walk from pubs, cafes and shops. "

"This is a tired hotel. Reception was fine, the walk to our room past chipped paintwork and on faded carpet led to our room which had rusty hinges in the bathroom, a rusty plughole in the sink, and an extractor fan that was not working. On the positive side, comfortable bed. We did not pay a fortune for the room and it was only a one night stay. Just needs a bit of TLC"

"Absolutely lovely property in the centre of Howarth. Very well presented, super clean and tidy and had everything you need for your stay. There was fresh milk in the fridge and lots of little extras that made the stay even more enjoyable. Only challenge is the parking but I'm sure that is the same for every property in Howarth. The streets are very narrow and many properties have cones outside or big 'no parking' signs so you have to be lucky to find a spot nearby. Other than parking, we...
