"The pool was rusty needed a paint job and so did the jacuzzi. The building need to be in a better condition."

"I will not be staying here again. Carpet in room was very dirty and my socks were turned black. The tile area has fallen apart and it ended up cutting through my socks and almost cutting my foot. The shower head had no pressure at all. The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok went to check out after eating and no one at desk for checkout so I ended up just leaving."

"The hotel itself was what was expected from Best Western. However, Michelle at the front desk made our stay exceptional. She was always available when we were in the lobby. She greeted each of us like we were family coming for a visit. We will be staying here every time we are in the Broussard area."

"On arrival, sketchy person hanging out front. Foyer had a bleach smell. Sparse furniture in registration area. Not a very welcoming entrance. I would venture with the price a place for someone in transition from homeless ? Sorry, it looked nice and new from pics. There was a bag of room trash left outside elevator for our 2 day stay. Nothing but soap in bathroom. Old towels. No closet . Open rack for hanging. Beds on metal frames that show metal, no cover on these. Tiny bed pillows. Will not be staying there again"

"Room cleanliness was okay but not great, the hotel needs fixing up bad. The receptionist spent most of the time smoking outside than actually being on reception. We hadnt realised how disgusting the pool was until our son had been in it for 10 minutes, got out and was sick around 30 mins after for an hour (he’d had nothing wrong prior to that) and the pool toilets were absolutely disgusting and filthy."
