"Perfect for walking to see historic sites. And if you’re up for getting steps in, the walk to Reading Terminal Market and the Art Museum is very doable. I appreciate that they held onto the luggage after checkout so I could see a bit more of the area. The coffee service in the morning was nice, but you may not get any if you arrive too close to 9am. I was not there for wine service. The music in the lobby (and elevators) is a bit loud, as if to discourage lounging. We had 2 queen beds with a park view. The room was great and the beds luxurious. We opted for no cleaning service for 3 nights. This came with a $10 food credit. So, my son could have the $8 water bottle that the room tempts guests with. At the nightly rate, that should just be given to each guest at least once. In other words, the hotel is expensive, especially on weekends."

"The sink in the room had a really bad leak when we got there, they where trying to move us to another room that night but it didn’t have the ocean view which I had paid for so I told them no. When I went downstairs to inform them of what was going on the maintenance person just knocked on the door one time and didn’t wait for anybody to answer. My partner was in the bed with no clothes on and he still proceeded to go in the bathroom to look at the leak which was very unacceptable. So the next morning I went back down to speak with a manager about what had happened and about the leak in the bathroom. The bathroom are very outdated, they promote that they have microwaves in the room and didn’t. For the amount I paid for it wasn’t worth it at all."
