"Our host was extremely helpful and allowed us to check-in early. He recommended eateries round about and gave us a discount at the hotel restaurant where we had a nice lunch. All the staff were helpful and courteous, and all spoke excellent English. The sitting room of the lobby is very pleasant. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet despite being very close to one of the main squares: a very convenient location, from which we were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see in Bologna."

"This hotel was lovely and perfectly located for our time in Bologna. Our room (#5) was spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff was great - they answered any question we might have and gave us excellent recommendations. At breakfast there was a wide variety of foods to choose from and all that we tried were very good. We would highly recommend this establishment for your stay in the heart of Bologna."

"Fantastic central location! Wonderful view from the balcony of our ‘family room’. No on-site reception, but prompt and friendly responses to all requests through WhatsApp. They do clearly state their limited reception hours but I got responses to concerns right away. Had a little trouble finding our room the first time but well worth the challenge! ( Interior gate is right next to Feltrinelli’s bookstore.) The family room is upstairs from the other rooms, hence the wonderful view. Basic...

"Hotel is a 15 minute walk from the centre of Bologna which is very handy. It was on a quiet road. Rooms are a bit dated but had a classic feel. Check in was very easy, the receptionists were lovely."
