"This is not a typical hotel—it's a mixed-use building that includes apartments, hotel rooms, and shared office space. I think this should be disclosed more clearly before booking. That said, the building itself is very nice, modern, and exceptionally clean. The room was beautiful, and the city views were outstanding. Waking up to the morning sunrise over the skyline was a real highlight of the stay.
One thing to keep in mind is that there aren't many places within easy walking distance, so...

"This hotel is marketed as upscale and luxurious, but my experience was quite the opposite. After arriving late in the evening, around 11:45 PM, I was disappointed to find a room that felt extremely dated and in need of significant renovation. The furnishings and overall condition of the room gave an old, neglected impression, and cleanliness did not meet my expectations.
The experience was so disappointing that, had it not been so late, I would have looked for alternative accommodations...

"Shuttle ran on Time. That was the most important thing for us on this property. Issue with out reservation though. For some reason showed cancel. Staff member worked through it "I hope" and was able to get us a room and should be able to release "the expedia" funds and not double charge me."
