"Overall, the hotel was great and very new. The staffs were very friendly and knowledgeable. I need to call out one of the staff his name is “Phuc”. He went above and beyond for helping me to communicated with my grab driver for the overcharge cost of ride from Hoi An ancient town to the hotel. I ended up got my money back. His exceptional service was greatly appreciated. And for the room, it was nicely set up for 3 guests with additional sofa bed. Very thoughtful. Everything just looked as pictures. Especially the toilet, OMG… it has a functional with the air vent that will turn on once you sit down the toilet seat and eliminated the odor … It is genius ! Nonetheless , the purified water dispenser was a great additional. It helped saved some bucks. "

"The view of the Dragon Bridge was what made me book this hotel and it did not disappoint! More importantly, it is centrally located so everything is a short Grab motorbike away. The spa amenities were also great; I enjoyed two massages by an excellent masseuse. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel is clean, well kept and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is good. The beach is across the street. Unfortunately, the noise and music from the beach night clubs, until late in the night, could clearly be heard from my beachfront room. The hotel provides ear plugs so this must be a common complaint. For me, I would select a quieter hotel next time and give up the beach view. "

"Really nice hotel if you like to see the Dragon bridge fire show. Hotel is clean and well kept. Balcony is really small, can only stand outside no chairs. But the view is great. Lots of restaurants near by, breakfast in the hotel was good "

"Check in staff can converse well in English. Check in and check out process is fast and efficient. Location is excellent and walkable to Han market and Dragon bridge. Bathroom lights is dim and floors is slippery."

"Great stay. The restaurant was amazing. The noise from construction next door really wasn’t that bad, I was on the 8th floor at the back with a corner room, so really should have been awful but it was fine. "
