"It's a 2* property so you are going to get what you pay for. The check-in was great, very helpful person on the desk. There's plenty of parking. The property is showing its age. It could do with a general refresh. The room was OK, plenty of space and it was clean. The bedding, shower curtain and towels could all do with replacing....someone had burnt a couple of holes in the cover of the bedding, the shower curtain was stained and the towels should have been replaced awhile ago."

"I gave a lower score because the Check-in staff could do a little better with letting guest know about the crazy garage that you park your car in. When we entered the hotel after parking the car I mentioned the parking and the response from staff was yes it’s crazy, well a little heads up would have been appreciated in advance at check in."

"The night shift desk clerk was so amazing. The address from Expedia wasn’t jiving with my GPS and so I called tired. She walked me step by step through the final turns. Everyone I interacted during my overnight stay was very helpful. I felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend this hotel to travelers or guests."

"Well there was zero air movement in the lobby, so it was hot and humid. One elevator was working, the other two did not move. The bathtub in my room is narrow and had a slick bottom, need to be extremely careful getting in and out. The breakfast if that is what you want to call it was very poor. One warming dish with some food in it, a toaster with nothing to toast, all set up in a 9th floor conference room. The staff at this place is the only good thing I can say about it."
