"My stay at Ruby was nothing short of amazing. The staff were all wonderful from the check-in to the bartenders. The server was really quick and efficient. The drinks were bomb. The room was very clean and accommodating. Every floor has a Gallery which I used everyday. I can keep going but just know this is the place to stay."

"The location was fantastic! The room was modern, clean, and a great size for the two of us. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, and we really appreciated that towels were refreshed daily and the water and coffee were restocked. Check-in and check-out were self-service, so there wasn’t much interaction with staff. One evening, I wanted some tea, and the restaurant server kindly let me take a teapot up to my room, which was a lovely touch. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a very busy area. It’s very loud outside. We have three windows in our room and everyone had a hard time sleeping. Lots of dump trucks going by in the middle of the night. Walls are very thin could hear someone snoring either above or below or next us. Also picked a great time to go when Ireland was protesting rising fuel cost, and this hotel is in the corridor of all the shutdowns of street closures. Was not a good experience. "

"The room was quite small yet very clean, my wife and I could not open our suitcases at the same time unless we used the bed. The staff was hit and miss some were excellent like concierge Ken. Some of the front reception staff didn’t seem to know the neighborhood well and could not give advise. It seemed pricey for what it offered compared to other properties we have stayed at!"

"Absolutely stunning stay in The Leinster. Rooms (though small) are absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully appointed, Dyson, mini-bar, really high end finish. Decor in the bathroom is absolutely gorgeous…..cool Japanese toilet. Drinks in the cocktail bar were the highlight, pricey, but a lovely luxurious experience and great staff also. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, we paid extra for the breakfast…..disappointed to have been charged additional extra for a small bowl of fruit considering the price we had already paid! I would highlight recommend The Leinster, really cool hotel, great location"

"Wonderful location, away from the hustle and bustle of Dublin, but located near many amenities such as pubs and shops. We stayed in the family room which was perfect for the four of us. The only negative was the many stairs needed to be navigated to access the building, with luggage, which wasn’t easy. Otherwise, it’s a lovely place!"

"Some loud noises outside the hotel woke me in morning. One hotel staff member not very accommodating when meeting for drinks in the lobby, other than him the rest of staff were good."
