"Unfortunately we were unable to stay at the hotel as the room with disabled access was water damaged. The receptionist did show us other rooms, but these were all unsuitable as their access to bathroom was restricted. The receptionist did however arrange for us to stay at another hotel of the group which was nearby. Excellent service by the recptionist."

"The corridors were dirty and carpets grubby. Looked like they hadnt been vacuumed in a while. Our bedroon curtains dont close enough to ensure total privacy or keep the light out in the morning. Executive Room? I dont think so The whole hotel needs a makeover. I wont be staying here again"

"Very well run establishment, helpful staff, the restaurant dinner was well above average pub standard, good choice of fish main courses. Freshly cooked eggs for breakfast made a nice change in addition to fruit and cereal. Safe parking and easy access from the M1. "

"So we stayed at the st Pierre hotel, it was five minute walk to the new miller dam , we loved the hotel for its value for money , room was clean and hotel was also , Elmo does a great cooked breakfast and we could choose what we wanted , the staff were very friendly , and we above and beyond to help .
