"Had the most absolutely amazing time. This will be where we stay every single time we go to Houston. It was so quiet and everything is so luxurious. 10/10 no notes! "

It consists of 18 different apartments in 5 buildings, so it has all the amenities of home, some of them communal, including living room, kitchen, and washer/dryer. They provide a wonderful breakfast in the main dining room from 7-10 AM. The property manager and other staff were all very kind, helpful, and accessible. "I was upset that everything had a charge to it. Parking, Coffee, Water, checking for using other site, and I was told if I had the room cleaned daily, there is extra charge. I was there because of cancer treatment. This really upset me. I ended up with over $130.00 + Charges. "
"We enjoyed our stay. The suit was spacious. We received a welcome text and a follow up text the next day. If we are ever back in the Houston Medical Center area, we will probably stay here again. Only negative thing was the one elevator working. We only stayed two nights. Waiting on the one elevator did not bother us. "

"You get what you pay for.
I’ve been at this location many times and overall it’s a good hotel. There was a big roach in the bathroom which I know can happen regardless of how clean it is but, I found a used deodorant on the nightstand and a stain (as if someone spilled their drink) on the side of the bed like if it wasn’t cleaned at all.
