I had an air conditioner in my room but unfortunately it wasn’t maintained properly as it doesn’t breathe nicely. "Stayed at the Percy hotel whilst on business and have to say the room and facilities were excellent. One standout was the restaurant which I dined in on both evenings. Speciality is the steaks and the Tuesday steak offer where I had a 16oz rump which I gave to say was the best cut of meat I have had in a very longtime. I would definitely put it on my must visit again places"

"The hotel and pub were very pleasant. The rooms were well-equipped and the food was excellent. However, the service at the pub was inconsistent. While some tables were served, we were not and this was unclear. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. However, the room temperature was excessively high. "Whilst the staff and facilities were good, I was disappointed with the food. I had the coronation chicken terrine starter.which had a large piece of chicken skin in it. The staff offered me a replacement which I declined and they did not charmed for it. I later asked if I could have fresh fruit for dessert which the said would be available for breakfast. At breakfast the only fresh fruit available was watermelon. I may be picky but I feel that these minor items should be catered for."

"Woken up at 6 am by work men fixing the path to the front entrance very annoying and also the alarm then went off on the radio The room was so so hot no fan or air con unit in sight"

"Have stayed at the Inn many times, always enjoy the stay, In the past we have found the rooms to be very hot overnight, on this occasion the heat was off the scale, so much so we had to sleep with the front door open, they need to install air conditioning, our sleep wasn’t great at all, The staff are lovely, have always been great to speak to, however on this occasion the guy taking out order at dinner was abrupt and very slightly rude,"
