"The staff was very helpful. Room cleanliness top one. Breakfast had good choices. The location of the hotel is near much of the good things to see in downtown Victoria. I gladly will recommend to friends and family. 5 stars out of five. If I was to return to Victoria i will choose you again."

"Good: - Location - Relatively affordable for Victoria hotels - 24/7, most things are easy (parking, etc.) Bad: - NO AIR CONDITIONER! It got pretty hot during our stay. Maybe it’s not a norm in Victoria but you’d expect something like an HVAC for the price of the room… - No safe - No breakfast (they only have like 10% off at Cora or something…) - Don’t count on the pool or gym."

"Initial check in was a little disappointing due to not receiving the King Room we had reserved and not offering any real fix since I had made the reservation through Expedia and not the hotel directly. I went back down to front desk to see if anything could be done, even a room change mid stay if necessary. I got very lucky and spoke with the supervisor who was incredible and he worked with the front staff to come up with an amazing solution. It really was fantastic. The staff was so helpful and they really worked their magic and made an anniversary weekend fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, had great views. It couldn't have worked out any better."
