With a shared toilet and shower down some creepy hallway I could literally hear someone taking a piss from my room not to mention someone's full conversation in the room next to mine. The lock on the door barely locked a swift kick would probably work better then the key. My stay lasted about 20 minutes, not a comfortable feeling at all."

"We like staying here while visiting the hot springs and Beau Jo’s pizza. It’s very clean and the amenities are what you pay for. The location next to the river makes it a hidden gem."

"The room seemed pretty clean, but the toilet hadn’t been flushed, the mini fridge still contained items from a previous visitor and it smelled of smoke and possibly pet odor. The front window had been left open (maybe to help with the smell?). The proprietor was friendly despite being woken up at midnight to give us the keys to the room. The rate was much lower than national chain hotels in the same area so can’t complain too much."

"We really loved our stay! It is a beautiful spot and the home is well built in the high winds. We had a few small issues we noticed and the hosts were quick to take care of them while we were there. We did not quite realize the altitude was as high as it was, (we were coming from 1,000 feet) but the view and beauty made it worth it. The sauna, hot tub and wood stove were all wonderful ways to stay warm in the chilly winter. "
