"Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated."

"We booked a king suite and were told when we arrived that they overbooked and would 2 queens be ok. Well, not really, but what choice did we have? We stayed 4 nights and were given one set of towels each. Then we were told that if we wanted any clean towels we would have to wash them ourselves or ask for more, but our room was never serviced while we were there. "There was only a kiosk for check-in. We were told to sit down until they were ready. We had pre-paid, all we needed was a key card. It took 15+ minutes & it was difficult to understand. "

"Room had a water leak so the carpet was wet the entire time. Called and they basically said nothing they could do. Shower was AWFUL. Water pressure was so high you couldn’t even stand under it and you couldn’t adjust the shower head any direction so it sprayed only in your face and completely out of the shower so the bathroom floor was soaking wet like it flooded anytime you showered.
