"The property was not good. Room was not clean, floor had food in it. Towels were wet. Outside stairs that was told to use were about ready to collapse, were closed the next day."

"I had an Expedia reservation for $63, the clerk jerk promptly increased it to $68 by hand.I asked for the manager or owner, not available. Rude obnoxious and disgusting. For $5 they lost about 15 additional stays, which I warned him would be the result of stealing the additional $5. Owner had prior times been a gentleman but I will pay more other places for an honest front desk. Black mold by air conditioner. Very dangerous to weak lungs."

"I went ahead and took this one because of the rating and the proximity to the zoo. It could be a halfway decent place if they would put a little bit of money and extra staff into it. The very questionable issue was that my smoke detector was covered with a shower cap, but I also had to go down and ask for pillowcases for my bed, I had absolutely no shower curtain, and the AC didn't work so they had a fan set up for the room. I was going to complain when I asked for the pillowcases, but the guy...

"Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive."

"We got as far as check in and immediately asked for a refund and checked out. The lobby was very run down and filthy. All of the furniture and rugs in lobby had stains. Our rooms had broken drywall, stains and liquid on the table, small black hairs on our bedding with a couple stains on the sheets. The room and hallways had a very musty odor. The only positive was the front staff didn’t question our refund and immediately honored our request"

"It seemed to be an older facility-well managed and still clean but in need of some loving re-investment . Apparently, the breakfast area has no kitchen facilities to heat up some scrambled eggs but there were hard boiled eggs and equipment to make oneself hot pancakes. Overall, I would still say it is a good value for the money."

The whole inside of the building is stinking with thick cigarette smell and in the units everywhere is dirty. There were some visible dust, debris and dead roaches on the floor and it seems their cleaning standards is set at their Indian workers’ standards. Horrible!!!!"
