"I book a room that had 2 beds and accessible with the safety bars I. The bathroom with a fold down bench. When I checked in it did not have that it was a normal standard room we had to switch rooms because the room was not cleaned properly the bathroom light didn't work there was writing on the mirror and garage in the trash cans and black paint marks all over the walls. So I call the desk clerk and he put my mom in a room on the main floor and myself and my kids in a different room on the 2nd floor it was concerning being on different floors because if something would happen I wouldn't know. So they moved myself to the main floor as well. Wasn't thrilled to be in separate rooms but we would make it work. My mom's room had no towels so she couldn't even shower if she wanted to and what looked like mold all over the ceiling by the bathroom. In my room the TV didn't work the phone didn't work and was marked with the wrong room number. We had ants everywhere and bugs flying around. As for the hotel the property had soaking wet floors on the carpet witch was a safety issue if you went to walk on the tile. And there was a naked man sun bathing in the parking lot. Dog poop right outside the side entrance that ended up on the rug in side the door. We had to due to a family issue. So we checked out the next morning and I asked for a refund for our second night and have been give the run around. Was not happy with the say but we made the one night work."

"The hotel was nice. The breakfast options were excellent. The refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave outlets didn’t work. The microwave had to be moved. The refrigerator was not running and when we called the front desk they brought an extension cord to plug it in at a different outlet with a cord running across the floor which was a tripping hazard. A few hours later the refrigerator had frozen all of our drinks making them unusable. They did offer us a credit on our bill which was appreciated. We enjoyed our stay here despite the problems ."

"We had a great stay. The staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The breakfast had a basic but plentiful menu which made it easy to get our kids to eat what was served. This property also had a Casey’s, McDonald’s and a Burger King within walking distance and other restaurants and a Walmart within a short drives distance as well. If we ever need to stay in Bellevue again we know a great place to stay! "

"Room could’ve been more clean. My first assigned room was locked from the inside and the staff weren’t at the desk when I checked in. I didn’t stay long enough to use the amenities but the property looks clean and like it has a lot to offer."
