Elevator and some areas looked pretty bad. Water in lobby nearly empty each evening as we came back. Protein drink purchased from your snack area not cold more luke warm."

"The drive-thru line from the next-door Chick-Fil-A goes right thru the hotel parking lot, making hotel access and parking an inconvenient hassle."
