"The room itself was clean, and the continental breakfast was decent. However, our experience was impacted by ongoing water issues during our stay. While this wasn’t a major inconvenience during the day since we were out, it became frustrating in the evening. When we returned late, we requested towels and were told they were out but would have more available in the morning. The next morning around 9:30 a.m., I went to request two towels and was again told none were available, and that it would be another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the lack of basic accommodations like towels, especially after being told they would be available, made the stay disappointing overall."

"The room smelled musty and the duvet they had on the bed was moldy inside. When I took it downstairs the woman at the counter told me it wasn’t mold it was just the cotton sticking together. It was black."

"Elevator down for upgrade. Too many people ay location during meals. Need more variety of food during 530 snack time Pool fun, staff great, comfortable bed, was happy to be close to family."

"Compared to the photos in Expedia, I wasn’t sure I was in the right hotel. I had to recheck my reservations! Very, very run down, shredded plastic wrapping stilllom the box springs, box spring cover not close to fully on. The furniture was actually nice and relatively new. The bathroom was well-appointed, though the grab bar’s trim ring was broken and hanging from the bar’s middle. The bathroom was clean, but my dog kept pulling out trash from under the bed. The landscaping is completely unmaintained, without mulch for years. There IS a box for dog waste pickup and it was well-supplied. The picnic pagoda in the back is actually cute, and the pool looked good but I didn’t try it. There was no breakfast activity when we left at 6:15 am Saturday morning. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. They were the shining stars!"

"This was probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I just wish they had a hot tub, either in the room, or buy the pool. I was very pleased with my stay."
