"This little gem made our overnight stay in Telluride perfect! It’s surprisingly affordable, and the location is unbeatable. Joe was super kind and helpful at check in, and we loved the view from our 3rd floor room. While it’s true that there is no ac, that didn’t bother us at all. There are fans, and Telluride is cool at night. The beds are really comfortable, and the room was sparkling clean. "Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!"

"Room was on the driveway with no privacy. Difficult to sleep with all of the constant traffic. Also, we were unaware that weddings and events would be taking place during our stay, which went on with loud music until 10:00 pm. The room was very dusty and needed to be cleaned more throughly. For the price, I thought the room would be to higher standards."
