"An absolutely charming property with an artsy vibe, steps away from the Denver Art Museum complex and across the street from a converted school featuring a cafe, beer garden and small shops. The room was comfy, clean and fun. The absolute abundance of dishes for such a small space was comical, but the microwave/fridge set up was nice to have. Pretty good pod coffee too. Don't miss out on the bottom floor with an atmospheric small table area great for eating take out, and a large conference room...

"This B&B is 100+ year old mansion with beautiful woodwork and stained glass. It has character. Our room and bed were large and very comfortable. The neighborhood is not packed with restaurants to walk to, but it I really enjoyed walking around in the morning seeing many similar well maintained with great facades but generally smaller mansions from long ago. I would stay there again."

"There’s no pool, but the food is absolutely amazing! Everything we tried was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. We also added the breakfast, and it was well worth it—the yogurt was phenomenal. We loved everything about this hotel and would definitely stay again!"

"Loved. Would definitely stay again, just maybe not in summer; the room didn’t get cold enough at night which made sleep a bit uncomfortable. This is my only “complaint”. It’s an older building in the heart of a concrete downtown Denver so I get it—fans are provided. The property is very charming. Parking was easy. The staff was great and accommodating."
