"The hotel had no one to help with bags and the valet was not present and I had to wait 20 minutes to figure out what to do. The room required me to Go back outside and down an alley way in the rain and find the elevator. They would not guarantee the pool would open because it was raining on and off but that’s is Florida. I left and ate the money "

"For the price and location, it's fine. I didn't see any bugs and the bed was fine. Some things were redone in the room, some are still ancient. Lots of noise though.. the fridge, the ac unit in the balcony door, the actual air duct in the ceiling, you can hear every detail that happens through the walls / doors."

"Omgg for birthday trip the team here does everything they can to make it special. We had an outstanding dream like stay. Anytime I have thoughts about trying a new Miami hotel. Like four seasons surf club. I come here & think after the stay. What other Miami hotel can even come close? 1hotel is the hands down best in every way."

"I liked that the hotel gave you a happy hour every day that stay there and that it was free and you got free coffee and water every morning, but that was it and you had to pay for your breakfast, but it was different options you could get. I also liked that they had two different pools you could go to. I also love the smell of the hotel, every time you walk in, it was like a fresh smell of flowers I also love that you could sit outside and just watch the view watch the people and then it was this guy. His name was Ronald. He is a big help to people that never been to Miami and he helped us go round to each place and showed us different places to go to and told us where to go to the eat and the attraction and stuff, he was a big help as well. I loved it there, and I will visit again."
