"I had a great stay overall. I slept very well, the location was fabulous, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The only small issues were that the blackout curtains wouldn’t fully close and the ice machine was not working properly the night i stayed ( owner did let me know if i needed anything i can go to restaurant below, unfortunately my even wasnt over until midnight and restaurant was closed :( ) . The double room in the Dixon wing was a major letdown. Extremely small, no storage (we couldn’t unpack), and worst of all, a strong mildewy smell with a super humid environment, even the beds even felt damp, so it was hard to sleep. "The hotel is lovely. The restaurants and pool area are very nice. The issue I had was with staff entering my room when I had the "PRIVACY" sign on when I wasn't in the room. I have brought the issue up with the management and they have assured me they will address it and get back to me; however, I never heard back."
