"Property is in a great location. Incredible kid friendly (amenities, food options). We stayed for 2 nights pre-cruise and made good use of pool. Very walkable location as well. My only issue was with pool service- it was VERY difficult to find a pool server and there was also abanonded pool towels and plates everywhere. Seemed understaffed. Other than that we had a great time."

"The bathroom is enormous and the shower is spectacular. The curtains could be thicker since there is a DJ balcony right outside the window that faces the bathroom and we could see people. Bathrobes were a great addition, slippers would have been appreciated. They need a full length mirror and steamers in the room. If you have any accessibility concerns I would caveat that the only way upstairs was via a spiral staircase. Luckily the staff gave us support to carry our bags upstairs but we weren’t...

"We had a wonderful stay. The room and guest areas are very clean and kept to high standards. The shower was large and water pressure was powerful. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times and breakfast was great. The location was good as it is a short walk away from the beach."
