"The hotel was fine. The thing I would change would be to either put a microwave in every room (there already a refrigerator in the room) or one microwave per floor. You had to go up to the rooftop to use the one microwave. Granted, the hotel is only 4 flights but having to go upstairs every time to warm something up was tedious."

"One night it was raining out so we decided to eat dinner in the restaurant next to the bar. We were amazed how delicious the food was, best meal we had in a long time. For appetizers we had the shrimp out of this world, skirt steak was as tender like butter with an excellent bottle of Malbec. Then we went to the bar for a couple of drinks and had fun, the bartender Tommy was great and our waiter Patrick Moore was great."

"Terrible customer service. The check-in experience was frustrating, the staff did not care about guests, and the room’s air conditioning was blowing warm air. The hotel also imposed incorrect charges and only removed them after I complained, yet tried to present the correction as a “goodwill gesture” instead of admitting their mistake. They clearly do not value their customers. I would not stay here again."

"I had a wonderful stay at Dolce Miami Hotel & Resort by Wyndham before and after my cruise. The location was perfect. The hotel is only about 20 minutes from the cruise terminal, making it a convenient choice for cruise travelers. It’s also within walking distance of Collins Avenue and the beach, so there were plenty of places to explore, eat, and relax. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. One thoughtful gesture...
