"My visit started with excellent customer service with Zach helping me find my parking space to making sure I got checked into my room. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and the hotel management was super responsive. My room was very warm and they tried to work with me to make it cooler. I think maybe a call ahead to make sure the heat is turned down or off in the room would be helpful. "The staff was exceptional. Went above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable. Rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. However, Breakfast on the weekend was better than the weekday but I would highly recommend and I will definitely come back!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, renovated, and modern. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed being able to use amenities at the neighboring attached property as well. "We were in town staying for a night and our girls were going to a concert at the Uptown Theatre. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Shout out to the security gentlemen as well who was smiling and guiding cars where they needing to be in the pouring rain. Would definitely stay here again."

"Let’s describe it as quirky. This is in a former grand house, and has shared spaces including a living room. Our room was quite large and even had a few snacks. We never actually saw anyone else there, as we had instructions to get in. Parking was a short walk away in a museum lot. We loved the closeness to Nelson-Atkins museum, and it was pretty near KC Rep’s theater."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations! Being in such a high traffic location, I thought it might show wear and tear but it did not. It was beautiful, clean, and the rooms were so quiet and peaceful. The bed was also incredibly comfortable and I slept better than I normally do in hotels. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Under renovation (which we were informed about the day of our check in). Upon check in, we were told we were lucky because we would be in one of the newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately, they are poorly done in every way. Nothing was functional, everything is cheap and done halfway (missing outlet covers, power strips hanging at the back of the bed, visible caulking), entire hotel smelled bad. Additionally, the desk was unattended most evenings with easy access to the building, the food permit...
