"Hotel is nicely connected with 4 subway lines, making it easy to go around Tokyo with metro. Some lines require longer walks though. Hotel is well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable, facilities in the room were great. Our room views were superb. There is a 7-eleven downstairs making it easy to get some quick snacks. Hotel is also a stop for the airport limousine bus, which is comfortable and economical to get to the airport. "

"The hotel services, amenities and availability of food choices were absolutely amazing. I do wish there were more options for Japanese food such as a dedicated Ramen restaurant.
Though it’s not necessarily, learning some Japanese language and professional courtesies helped the overall experience.
Many of the restaurants are quite expensive but I would say it’s fair given the quality and care in the service.

"This is the right place to stay if you are looking for exploring Tokyo from morning to night. The location is great as is in the middle of the city and easy to commute to all popular areas. I would recommend it for couples as the design is modern and luxurious. Also good for families because of the variety of room options and views. Everything is fantastic."
"Awesome stay at Hibiya. Good location not too far from Ginza and there is a train station nearby. Lobby is quite grand and cozy at high floor.
Reception lady was kind enough to let us check in early. Breakfast was better than expected, friendly staffs at breakfast area every morning. Housekeeping lady super friendly and helpful, great training by the management.
Only thing to improve is the laundry machines, few were broken during the stay, but we still managed to do few rounds of laundries.
