"El hotel okura tokyo es uno de los mejores hoteles que he ido en el mundo. Tiene el lujo, el servicio, la calidad, la actitud del personal y la calidad de las habitaciones. Es muy importante comentar que nos hospedamos en el heritage porque tiene dos edificios y heritage es mas nuevo y tiene mejores habitaciones. Algo que vale resaltar es que el minibar esta incluido y eso es un valor agregado porque hoteles de la misma categoria o mas no lo hacen. El unico detalle es que la alberca queda en el...

"The hotel rooms are about five floors within a much larger building. The room was very nice and incredibly clean. There’s some small snacks and drinks within the mini bar that are free and replenished within the room every day. The hotel staff are very nice and courteous. Hotel location is great right by the H train."

"The double room for me and my husband was so small! We are not big people but we both struggled to get in and out of the toilet. Also, there was no room for 2 large suitcases in the room, we had no choice but to block the entrance off (which isn’t safe in an emergency). Rooms in Japan are small, we had been in 3 other hotels prior but this took the mic. Also the decor was very outdated from the 90s and no view from window."
