"Such an elegant hotel with amazing staff and great service. The rooms and hotel are designed so professionally which catches your eyes on the first look. "
"I love staying at The Aoyama Grand. It's been my favorite hotel in Tokyo for the past 5 years. I have visited around six or seven times: a beautiful property, amazing rooms, and an extraordinary location. "

Hotel New Otani Tokyo Garden Tower
10/10 Excellent
"New Otani is one of favourite hotels in Tokyo and have 4-5 times. This time, unfortunately the first room we were given smelled of smoke, even though it was non-smoking. However, the staff were very polite and apologetic and upgraded us to a room with a better view. Also, they were very accommodating with a late check out. "
"The location of the hotel is good, not too far away from resorts and malls. Meanwhile, it is pretty quiet since it is located among three parks. The service of the hotel is good and responsive. Will definitely stay in the same hotel if back in tokyo"
"Hotel situe dans un quartier tres calme et proche du metro des lignes G, M et C qui permettent de se rendre partout a Tokyo. Si vous prenez le bus limousine de l'aeroprt, l'arret est juste a cote (hotel capitol Tokyo). Personnel serviable et gentil. Bon sejour. emplacement pratique a un prix abordable.Je le recommanderais."
