"Definitely a luxury hotel with impeccable service and ability to get reservations at top restaurants with short notice. Tower view rooms have a direct unobstructed view of the Tokyo tower which was very nice. I also loved the breakfast food (especially the udon set)."

"This hotel is excellent all around. The rooms are large for Japan and ours, with two twin beds had a table and chairs and felt roomy. The food for breakfast and dinner one night was very good. The walk to the nearest subway, which has good connections, was under five minutes. The staff were unfailingly helpful."

"Awesome stay at Hibiya. Good location not too far from Ginza and there is a train station nearby. Lobby is quite grand and cozy at high floor. Reception lady was kind enough to let us check in early. Breakfast was better than expected, friendly staffs at breakfast area every morning. Housekeeping lady super friendly and helpful, great training by the management. Only thing to improve is the laundry machines, few were broken during the stay, but we still managed to do few rounds of laundries. "

"The hotel service was unfriendly. They dont allow early check in, even when the rooms are ready. They only accept check in time at 3pm, so at that time everyone that has been waiting at the lobby,, all have to queue again to get the key. Which is very unefficient. And i have request for a late check out, an extention of only 1 hour from check out time which is 12pm because my son was not feeling well and want to rest before our bus to the airport at 13pm. Even that, they dont allow. So...

"I stayed at Peninsula with my 2,5 year old kid. Peninsula gave me a very complete baby amenities from bath equipments to stroller. This gives me an easy stay. The area surrounding the hotel was also excellent. The Hibiya Subway Station has exit direct to the hotel and the closest JR station which is Yurakucho station is only walking distance. It is very near with Tokyo Station also if you need to take Shinkansen."
