"There are two properties the Grand Centurion and the Centurion Vintage. Even tbough book rooms in the Grand on Expedia you may be assigned a room in the Vintage. The Vintage, as the name suggests is older and mustier. The staff is friendly and makes up for some of these shortcomings. "

"There are plenty of 5 star hotels to choose from in Tokyo but we were glad we chose this one for our first trip to Japan. The room was comfortable and blended Japanese and Western styles and was serviced thoroughly every day. We made good use of the club lounge for breakfasts, snacks and drinks in the evening and had dinner one time in each of Origami and the teppanyaki section of Suiren, the fine dining restaurant. Each time the food was excellent and well-presented. What really stood out for us though was the staff. Each and every one was unfailingly polite, welcoming and helpful, with good English. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Tokyo next time we come. "
