The room was comfortable and blended Japanese and Western styles and was serviced thoroughly every day. "I found the location convenient. Walkable distance to subway. Washroom is very clean. I appreciate there is a separate tap for drinking water. I know the tap water is drinkable but the separate tap is nice."

"There was a strong grimy smell from the first room I went to. I smelled it right at the door. I could not step further into the room. I requested a change, the staff checked the room and gave me another room. I settled down in the new room for 10 mins and I smelled the human grimy smell again.
