Though you won’t be right in the middle of the action, the joy of this city is that transit is exceptional and so anything you want to see is only a short walk / subway away. We are traveling with a toddler so having access to a kitchen, feeding chair, a crib, and space for her to run around helped ease the stress of traveling with a small child. The staff was so attentive and professional. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. "

"Great hotel, especially for the money. Location is incredible - right in Ginza - lots of shopping and food around and so easily walkable. Easy access to lots of train stations as well. The little snack bar at this hotel was a huge hit with the kids (and parents) - every day after our adventuring around we’d come back for some snacks - mini donuts, cheeses, cookies, ice cream and juices, coffee, beer, soda etc. all free! "The hotel service was unfriendly. They dont allow early check in, even when the rooms are ready. They only accept check in time at 3pm, so at that time everyone that has been waiting at the lobby,, all have to queue again to get the key. Which is very unefficient. And i have request for a late check out, an extention of only 1 hour from check out time which is 12pm because my son was not feeling well and want to rest before our bus to the airport at 13pm. Even that, they dont allow. So...

"Awesome stay at Hibiya. Good location not too far from Ginza and there is a train station nearby. Lobby is quite grand and cozy at high floor. Reception lady was kind enough to let us check in early. Breakfast was better than expected, friendly staffs at breakfast area every morning. Housekeeping lady super friendly and helpful, great training by the management. Only thing to improve is the laundry machines, few were broken during the stay, but we still managed to do few rounds of laundries. "
