"I LOVED this hotel. I felt very looked after and the staff were extremely kind. When I return to Cusco, I’ll stay here again. My room was very clean and I liked that I could hide the bathroom area with curtains. TV was modern and I could access Netflix and other streaming apps. Shower and toilet were extremely clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious, and as I had very early starts most days of my visit, they prepared a packed lunch for me. Extra thanks to Fatima as she was delightful!!"

"Vinieron a las 1 de la mañana tocarnos la puerta de la pieza para decirnos que se habían equivocado con la pieza que nos habían dado y que nos teníamos que cambiar ahora mismo de pieza, a pesar de que estábamos en pijama y con todo desarmado. Además el baño asqueroso, en la ducha había un parque curita (band aid) usado, un moco y pelos de huéspedes anteriores. El desayuno pésimo, dos panes añejos y cero variedad. "

"Rustic hotel in outstanding location. Rooms are basic but spacious. Powerful hot showers and quality linen and blankets the pluses. Wifi worked but was a bit hit and miss. The breakfast provided was basic with very limited options. "
