"Room good, condition good, clean. Air conditioning not working, not cooling so room was hot and uncomfortable. Maid service was poor, didnt replenish items that had been used and even took empty box for vanity set out of the bin and put it back in place."

"Nice location and staff, however very poor housekeeping, dust, shower wasn’t working properly, the toilet seat cracked and the reading light in kids room lose. On top of that surprise visit in our bedroom, someone managed to open our bedroom hotel while we were getting ready to go out!!!!"

"The hotel was amazing, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Anastasia, Milli, Nikola, and Vite are awesome. The kitchen staff were also very helpful and provided great service to all guests. The housekeepers are wonderful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing with lots of variety to choose from, very diverse and well prepared. Hotel is in the best location in VIENNA!!
