"The hotel is no frills and in a great location. The room was not ready for check-in at three and the staff was unhelpful and seemingly unbothered by the line of guests wanting their rooms. We finally got into our room about 90 minutes after the advertised check-in time with water bottles and granola bars as a 'sorry for the wait' bag."

"This hotel is far enough away from the road you won't hear anything. Room was great, and breakfast was nice. FYI...This hotel doesn't have a elevator so it's stairs to the second floor. Fabulous Asian food right across the street too."

"Would recommend staying on top floor. Very loud. We were on second floor and it sounded like the person above us was running around all night long. Hard to sleep if you are seeking a quiet stay. Location is convenient and right off the freeway. Also had Jack in the Box and 711 within walking distance. You are able to request more supplies for kitchen, however very limited. And no sponge and only provided two little packets of dish soap. Would suggest bringing your own. Unusual situation...

"The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room could use refreshing. Needs new carpet but the room was good for the price. "

"Staff was amazing, so kind, and always helpful! Ice machine only worked a couple days of the stay but the staff were very helpful and prompt at trying to get it fixed. Room is the basics, but what you need, and they do have a microwave near the vending machines in the office you can use to heat food."

"Pros: • Reasonable location • Several restaurants within walking distance • Safeway nearby (about a 10-minute walk) Cons: • Property appears old and poorly maintained • Front entrance had construction/repair issues that looked unfinished • Tarp and duct tape visible on the building exterior • Piles of mattresses outside the property detracted from the appearance • Continental breakfast was low quality • In-room coffee was mediocre • No elevator; access to some ground-floor rooms required...

"Staff was terrible! don’t even know her name but was so blatantly rude and the hotel being a extended stay and i was booked for 1 night. as well as the hotel being part of a sober living partner. i showed her my booking because it said NOWHERE it was an extended stay nor a partner to sober living. Her service was beyond terrible. Maybe she was having a hard day but would never recommend this place. The door didn’t latch unless i threw my body weight into it. and the place smelled like burnt cat...
