"Uns hat es gefallen. Für den Hind war sogar ein Napf schon im Zimmer vorbereitet nebst einem kleinen Körbchen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und man konnte direkt beim hotel mit dem Hund Gassi gehen.das Frühstück war im Marche' nebenan und richtig gut. Tolle Auswahl. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht, können das Hotel aber vor allem für Hundebesitzer empfehlen."

"The room was clean, modern and the electronic blackout shutters were appreciated. Check in and issue of electronic room keys was straightforward. The bistro downstairs was friendly and lively. It would be useful for the hotel to provide instructions on the lighting as the system was not very intuitive. The safe did not work - a small inconvenience. "

"Everything about this place is amazing! The huge room with beautiful views over the lake, the spotless bathroom with luxurious toiletries and plenty of towels and the wonderfully comfortable bed. Also, your breakfast was served every morning on your terrace which was the best way to start the day. Add to that the staff were all so polite but also kind, friendly and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for you. We also used the private spa which was a treat and so relaxing. I cannot recommend this...

"Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, oberhalb der Stadt Locarno, an einem Hang mit toller Aussicht. Besonders positiv ist, dass man das Stadtzentrum in etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuss erreichen kann, was sehr praktisch ist. Auch der Spabereich sowie die Gartencafés sind sehr hübsch. Einzig ein kleines Gym. Einziger wirklicher Minuspunkt ist jedoch der Rückweg: Vom Zentrum zurück ins Hotel muss man einen ziemlich steilen Aufstieg in Kauf nehmen, was je nach Kondition etwas anstrengend sein kann....

With a large bed, two twin beds pushed together, very supportive and comfortable. Hotel Muralto is an older property that has been well cared for and updated. "The location was fantastic, only a few minutes from the train station. Surprisingly quiet with my window directly facing the train tracks. It was very clean, quiet and well kept. Automated check in was great and I never needed to contact the staff, other than to get my Ticino Ticket emailed to me. Make sure to use the Ticino discount Ticket at almost any attraction, and all public transit in the Canton. Big news for cat lovers, there is a shy but friendly long hair tabby in the area that wonders...
