"Elevator was working on the day of check in and after that it was out of service. They did not fix it the next day or two. I was given the room in 5th floor and i had to use stair for all 5 floors to carry breakfast and luggages etc every day for almost 4-5 times(stayed for 2 days). While checking out, i carried suitcases from top floor. TV channels was no working inside the room. I used the cast only. It would be great if i can get any refund."

"This place is suffering from poor management and economic issues. The soda machines were inoperable, depleted housekeeping staff, the continental breakfast was non existent, and their was stereotypical behavior ( dark skinned bigotry). I wouldn't recommend this place, eventhoughy room was clean. I wouldn't recommend this placem I give it a 3/10"

"Very nice owners and clean room. No bugs, no roaches. None. The only bad thing is the pet fee. Staying here a week and they charge $30 a day for two cats. That gets expensive! Our room does not at all smell like cats. My wife got a small mop from the store and mops twice a day to keep everything very clean. We believe it is important to leave a room cleaner than when ypu came. A few other things that were undesirable was some homeless guy running back and fourth on the sidewalk next to the motel...

"Loved having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. Everything was as advertised. "

"The breakfast was surprisingly very good and high quality. The location was great and it was in walkable distance on wear i needed to go. The only con is the daily parking was like $100.00 for two nights was in my opinion expensive just to keep my car park."

"Wasn't a happy camper here. It looked like a grand place to spend our wedding anniversary in the advertisement, but we soon found it that it wasn't so grand after all. We had to wait until after 4pm to get in our room which was not a Deluxe Room like we had reserved. It was small, but I will say that it was clean. The hallway was dirty and probably had not been cleaned in several days. There is no free self parking at this property, had to use their valet service which is an extra 48 dollars a...

"Professional and knowledgeable staff from the check, dining, and even maintenance team members. Super clean facility, pools, and rooms."

"Pros: Breakfast included, afternoon meal and drinks included, parking garage available, comfortable beds, clean rooms, excellent location. Cons: Toilets did not flush well and the bathroom was tiny. Parking garage was difficult to drive and park in. Due to a sports event and tour guides with loud microphones, it was very noisy until at least 11 PM. The hotel has no control over this, but if this will bother you, you should check whether there will be sporting events during your stay."
