"The hotel itself was really great, the breakfast was very good. The only problem is the road is closed and your GPS will keep you running in circles. The other drawback is that the valet parking is as much as the nights stay. There is no the parking. There is no guarantee your vehicle will be safe either. It’s super close to Rivera and right across the street for the Alamo. All in all it’sa great hotel."

"Hotel is in a good location but that’s about all I can say in a positive light. The noise in our room was immense, constant banging on walls, the fan couldn’t be turned on due to the noise it made through the night. We could virtually hear the people in the next rooms conversation. I was with my wife and after a downtown dinner we had to take an uber back rather than walk 3 blocks, due to the weird and intimidating homeless people hanging out around the hotel entrances. "All of the staff were sweet and helpful. There were lots of options at the breakfast, that was nice. The hotel room had a bad smell, the loft mattress was gross, it was coming apart, not something you woukd want your kid to sleep on. Public parking was far or not available so you have to pay for vallet parking which is an extra 45.00, they charge a 50.00 deposit which they apply the vallet parking and will refund you the difference if there is nothing wrong with your room.
