"This was such a great find in Florence! Fulvio was so very kind and helpful the whole time. The room was clean, charming, comfortable and large (especially for Europe). The location was perfect, easy to get everywhere, but safe and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"I would actually give this a 4.5. It was great, but not perfect. It did fit our needs well. The indoor pool is actually great. My problem with indoor pools is ventilation - I hate the smell of chlorine in the air. They have done a decent job ventilating the spa area. They have put effort into aesthetics, and it really helps. The mood is relaxing (though there are plenty of families - but the kids seem to get that it is a tranquil environment. The room is nice. The area is convenient - it is out...

"The staff were so accommodating and helpful. Especially patient and kind to my daughter and granddaughter at check-in when I was unable to arrive until much later. Communication between us and the hosts were timely and supportive. The staff who changed the towels and bins was also very pleasant and patient. The apartment was even nicer than anticipated and beautifully clean. The air conditioning worked well and was simple to figure out. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in...

The location was also great, close enough to easily access Florence's main attractions, yet far enough away to enjoy a quieter atmosphere. It's about a 10 minute walk to the busy central area of Florence. I would definitely stay here again."
