Também amamos a Dona Katia que nos serviu no café da manhã. Ficamos no apto Oscar que super nos atendeu. Além disto a locação foi perfeita pois fizemos tudo a pé. "

The location was good too as it was away from the main bar scene of Florence but walking distance (15-25 min) to everything Florence had to offer. The hotel has no amenities but worth it."

"This was a nice place to stay in Florence. Very walkable to all iconic attractions. Clean room. Staff was very helpful and nice. We wished the AC was working. Apparently they do not start using air conditioning until May. We did get too warm in our room. Other than that it was a very nice stay. Would recommend. "

"This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The location is fantastic, we did not have to walk more than 10 minutes for any major attraction. The apartment itself was luxurious, clean, and just absolutely beautiful. The shower was so relaxing, and we were even given complimentary wine! There is a vending machine with alcoholic beverages, sodas, and water, as well as an ice machine. Plus, the washing machine allowed us to get some laundry done mid trip! I have never written a hotel review...

Our safe was not working and even though they promised to fix it the next day, they never did. We asked about laundry detergent for the machine (which was a great service) and they never responed to my questions nor provided the pods which whey said were in the unit. "Beautiful room, very clean, big comfortable bed in the king deluxe and great location. No lotion or tissues in bathroom and if you need anything, reception is only available until 8pm except for emergencies- we needed an iron because ours broke and would have been charged if we called after 8pm for a non-emergency- would definitely stay again."

"Internet struggles when in the rooms, but the rooftop bar/pool area has strong wifi and it's a much better place to setup if you have to do some light work. The views are stunning from the rooftop, you can watch the sun set and skip the tourist trap spots for that. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. "We stayed in Villa Tortorelli for 5 nights. Lovely room overlooking the pool. Bathroom large and very clean. It was so peaceful at night but still only 20 mins walk to Duomo. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Staff are exceptional. Couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable."
