Lovely and intimate atmosphere. Attention to details and distinctive effort to attend to our needs. The hotel manager and Lavinia at the front desk stood out, but everybody else was extremely helpful. I hope to return!"

"This apartment is at the very top of ,one of only 5 medieval towers in Florence. Yes, it's a tough walk up unless you are athletic (and more so with luggage), but the view from the top floor of the apartment (there are 3-4 depending on how you count) had the most stunning view! Everyone in our group thought this apartment was a highlight of the trip. It's centrally located and there are even restaurants below in the piazza. Just the Irish bar is a little loud at night but I slept through it."

"We did not have the breakfast, so no comment to make. The pool was really nice. Our room was immaculate and very spacious. The location was so close to everything nearby we wanted to see. Maybe a small gripe: WiFi showed 2 to 3 bars, but seemed to disconnect for our devices. Still, this was minor and figured it was related to the soundproof like stone walls. Certainly, not a reason to complain to staff or deduct from the overall review. We would 100% choose to stay here again. Thanks"

"Ficamos 4 dias em Florenza e gostamos muito da cidade e do local que ficamos. Quando eu aluguei, ja sabia que não teria elevador e que a escada é estreita para subir com as malas (li nos comentários de outras pessoas), então essa é uma questão relativamente negativa que não posso questionar. O apartamento em si é bem completo, tem um espaco bem amplo e é bem equipado. A localização é ótima (perto do cento e com pontos de onibus muito próximos para deslocamentos com mais longos ou com malas). A...

"The location was great — such a cute apartment! The communication was excellent. One night, when we came back at 11:30 p.m., I realized I had forgotten the keys inside the apartment. I texted the concierge, and someone replied immediately, promising to send someone with a spare set. Percy arrived with the keys before midnight. "
