"We had a wonderful week at the Palazzo Firenze by Baglioni Hotels & Resorts. The hotel is located a short walk from the center of Florence. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much for them. Their recommendations for restaurants were also excellent especially the Natalino which was 5 minutes walk from the hotel."

"This was a lovely resort in a very walkable area of Florence. As soon as we got to the facility, a staff member sat down with us and reviewed the map with us and how to get to important places that we wanted to get to. They were very eager to make dinner reservations for us, which we found very helpful. It was a great location for walking pretty much anywhere we wanted to in town. The facilities is extremely clean and the breakfast was very delicious. We would definitely stay there again."

"Pros: The hotel is in a great location. It is very beautiful and quaint. The breakfast each morning was wonderful. Very small selection, but everything was tasty. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom is small, no counter space and the lighting is terrible. Cons: the staff is only in the hotel until 8:30 PM. If you have any emergency or need assistance after they leave, they will charge you a $50 service charge. In the USA, that is not OK. The hotel is extremely noisy at night. The local...

"Lovely spacious clean place for my family of four. The air conditioning worked marvelous and we enjoyed the balcony. It's in a perfect location close to everything but far enough away to not hear the noise. The staff was very helpful as well. It's listed a 3- star hotel but I think it is closer to a 4-star hotel. We would definitely stay here again."
