"A few thoughts... Eilat needs better parking options. Not the responsibility of the hotel directly, but there are no great options for arriving by auto during a holiday or on a busy day. But, it seems that if the hotels got together with the city something could be done to improve both the parking and traffic flow around the hotels. "Too many things I have to complain. Very bad check-in experience because I waited for half a hour and was almost charged twice. I paid online beforehand while the receptionist required me to pay again, not believing in the bank records which I showed to him. "Friendly reception staff, pleasant and clean hotel, good price."

"This hostel is in an excellent locatiion but a bit tricky to find initially. There was no one at the check in when we arrived and no one answered the phone which we were supposed to call. We left a message and within about 15-20 minutes we received an email for self check in. Once we met a staff member she was super nice. Nice upper sundeck. There was no hot water in the evening when i tried to shower."
