"I was upgraded upon arrival during a rainstorm traveling alone with my 5 year old. The lady was so kind. The room was perfect for traveling with/without kids. "Nice size fridge, two dirty electric burners, one pan, 1 knife and spoon, one bowl, 2 mugs, coffee maker, toaster, rusty microwave, nothing else. No paper towels. So have to buy what you need. One ice tray. Good toilet paper. Pools look nice but grounds are weedy and feel unclean, cigarette butts were mostly picked up when I asked. Can’t see ocean but it’s close. "Great stay. Our only complaint would be the small windows in the exterior door that had tint on them, but you could still see directly into the bedroom which felt uncomfortable. Also, the hardwood floors appeared clean but left my feet black from walking around the room. Everything else was perfect!"

"The room had an amazing porch with view of water. Leather bound book with directions for Air conditioner, Nespresso machine, TV, rules on the property and local places to eat. Easy walk to beach area, no access with high tide. Great seating area, great for long walks. Room small, perfect for 1 person, microwave and small fridge. In back the venue has a variety of seating, times for food, music . Small pool overlooking the venue. Awesome."
