"The hotel and room were very clean, and the staff were generally helpful. However, it seems that not all staff fully understand what “gluten-free” means. I became unwell after being told that the vegetarian quiche was gluten-free, only to later discover that it was not.
There are limited gluten-free options available, mainly pho and some gluten-free cakes and bread. Additionally, there was little attention to the risk of cross-contamination, with gluten-free items placed alongside regular food and no separate tongs provided.
I continued to feel unwell until I specifically requested that my bread be prepared and heated separately in the kitchen.
While the hotel itself is well maintained, it felt overpriced for a five-star property, as there was nothing particularly special about the experience to justify the cost."
