"The room was lovely, the staff were so friendly, laundry service was fast and breakfast was good. The only issue we had was the location. The hotel did run a shuttle bus into Hoi an old town, but this was only 3 times a day. There were also building works across the road from the hotel which were very noisy in the early hours. "

"Was a nice room, we had issues were there was hair and other dirty areas of our room that we needed to inform them about multiple times because it was completed. Hotel staff didn’t talk to us too much however our travelling friend knew them from a previous visit and received a lot of attention. Was really nice property, but could stay down by the river for potentially less cost"

"We had the most beautiful stay at The Pearl Hoi An and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. The resort itself is stunning — the rooms are modern, bright, spotless and feel so fresh and new. The pool area is incredible, the beachfront location is gorgeous, and there’s even a lovely little strip of eateries just a short walk outside the resort which was super convenient. The food throughout our stay was consistently amazing — from daily breakfast to high tea and lunch, everything was delicious....

"This was a clean hotel with many amenities. They went above and beyond including providing a small fruit basket upon arrival, complimentary water and snacks as well as towels were replenished daily. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool was huge. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of food as well as made to order coffee. We loved our daily breakfast while sitting outside and enjoying the view. The only negatives were the restaurant food was our least favorite we had...

"We loved staying here - one of the highlights of our family trip to Vietnam. It is super clean, modern, beautiful, in a peaceful location but still walkable to Old Town. It felt luxurious. The staff were wonderful and generous with their time, happy to chat with us and offer advice and recommendations. We would stay here again in a heartbeat."
