"This property charges more after you arrive than before. It's prices not even seen in north America for drinks and food. So just watch out for that. No entertainment either. Otherwise pretty clean and overall decent hotel. "

I became unwell after being told that the vegetarian quiche was gluten-free, only to later discover that it was not. There are limited gluten-free options available, mainly pho and some gluten-free cakes and bread. Additionally, there was little attention to the risk of cross-contamination, with gluten-free items placed alongside regular food and no separate tongs provided. I continued to feel unwell until I specifically requested that my bread be prepared and heated separately in the kitchen. While the hotel itself is well maintained, it felt overpriced for a five-star property, as there was nothing particularly special about the experience to justify the cost."
