"This is a pleasant hotel in a good location, but it is really starting to show its age. The breakfast was good - adequate selection of hot and cold choices. "The property is modern, the Staff were amazing, nothing was difficult. Always smiling and welcoming. Although the property is a little away from Old Town, there were enough transport options available. Being surrounded by rice paddys gave a snapshot of life in Vietnam. If you choose to walk in the area there are amazing experiences, getting up early seeing the fish markets at work, the pottery museum and the many roadside coffee stalls and local restaurants all made for a great holiday."

The hotel did run a shuttle bus into Hoi an old town, but this was only 3 times a day. There were also building works across the road from the hotel which were very noisy in the early hours. "
