"The property is modern, the Staff were amazing, nothing was difficult. Always smiling and welcoming. Although the property is a little away from Old Town, there were enough transport options available. Being surrounded by rice paddys gave a snapshot of life in Vietnam. If you choose to walk in the area there are amazing experiences, getting up early seeing the fish markets at work, the pottery museum and the many roadside coffee stalls and local restaurants all made for a great holiday."

"The room was lovely, the staff were so friendly, laundry service was fast and breakfast was good. The only issue we had was the location. The hotel did run a shuttle bus into Hoi an old town, but this was only 3 times a day. There were also building works across the road from the hotel which were very noisy in the early hours. "

"The staff at Anio are amazing , very helpful and friendly . Our room was lovely overlooking the pool. It is a good size and the bed is very comfortable. They offer a good selection for breakfast and the restaurant has very good food. We had several excellent massages at the spa . The hotel is clean. "The property was lovely, rooms clean and spacious, well-groomed gardens and a nice pool area. The pool was very busy most days so it wasn’t always possible to get a lounge chair. There was often only one attendant working so with the pool so busy the service was slower than you’d expect for the price you pay here.
