"Very nice property for a good price. There are some sign of wear in the room but it is very nice and comfortable and well located; only a few minutes from the beach. The girl at the front desk, Yen, is the sweetest and friendliest! She was always ready to help and give suggestions! The only minor thing is the lock on the balcony can be opened from the outside and it connects to other guests' balcony so technically anyone could get in. I only noticed on my last night staying there but as a female...

"This was a good hotel for families but I don’t recommend for couples as the noise from children yelling and squealing in the pools started very early and went on till almost 11pm at night which carried all the way up to the 10th floor. Also need to mention that the food was very very expensive for Vietnam. But it is on a lovely beach front location."

"My husband and I had a lovely stay at Vanessa Boutique Hotel. The hotel is modern and beautifully decorated, with a really relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and happy to help. "They want to charge be 8,460,00 for two loads of laundry. My fiancé also got a skin rash from the pool. They add too much chlorine. Not to mention the beach is restricted to a kid size area where you can’t even go out beyond the wave break. If your going to restrict guest to a single area at least invest in a grimace area. P.S. In Vietnam hotels have no authority over beaches, you can ignore them. But this hotel will threaten you if you don’t go to swim area dispute having absolutely no legal...

"Very nice hotel with 2 pools. Staff is very helpful, Amy was very sweet. Liked breakfast and comfortable beds, nice and quiet at night time. Free shuttles to old town and the beach. Breakfasts had lots of choices. Overall the best hotel we stayed in Da Nang area in my opinion."
