"First off, they sold the room we booked and gave us a room in the front of the hotel which is definitely not as nice as the rear of the hotel. They told me they were "upgrading" my room instead giving me the room that I booked facing the river. The front view is a drainage ditch not a river! "This hotel was excellent! The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfortable, with a really nice huge breakfast buffet with so many options available. We enjoyed the free shuttle to the old town and to the beach area. The pool was really nice and an added bonus was the shared property at Ah Nang Beach where we were able to use the beach chairs at no extra cost.
