We did have some slight complications at check-in, but take partial responsibility since we did not email the host 24 hours prior to our stay. "The place was clean with a great view. The bed was comfortable, and the responses to my inquiries were quick. It was also convenient that the bedroom and living room were separated. It was the best choice."

"The staff that looks after the check in is mobile and several different companies rent rooms. We had ZERO problems and we thought it was a great location, 25 minute walk to the Petronas Towers. We had to move to another location and we already miss the unit. 5 stars. "

"I am coming to this hotel about once a year since 2017. Rooms are spacious and clean. I had the Junior Suite and I enjoyed having a proper desk, a separate simple seating area, and a kitchen with flowing water. The attached shopping mall has degraded a bit since pre-covid times and dining options there are very limited now. Anyhow, there is local food in easy walking distance, and a large, modern shopping mall with plenty of dining options a 15 minute walk away. Breakfast in the hotel I like...

"We were surprised when we entered our room, and there was no window. Looking back, the booking info did say that though. The bed sheets were kind of dirty. There were only Indonesian TV channels, so not much going on the TV for entertainment. It is within short walking distance of the monorail station "Bukit Bintang" and Ikea, which is a big reason why we stayed there. There is also a lot of food relatively nearby."

"One thing that I like about this hotel is the location,very near to Bukit Bintang, but yeah if you go with lots of lugages it will be a bit difficult for you, well ...... since I just arrived from a very long flight with my mom and we have 4 big and heavy lugages, no one is helping us around. Lobby is a bit old but their room is minimalist, maybe they should renovates the lobby, our room is good, not so big but clean, the bathroom is good too, bright and clean.
