"Very thing was great except the reception music was far too loud, you could not even talk to the check in. Then people in the main hall talked louder to hear each other to made the environment worse. I asked the receptionist to turn down the volume. SHE says she could not. I told her to inform her manager, She didn’t give a care about my request. The grand entrance of the hall was great but the volume of the music made it seem like market."

"It’s cheap and in a good tourist area right by lalaport. The room for triple deluxe was a good size but a bit gross. Some stains on sheets and stuff. The WiFi didn’t work all the time and to turn on the rooms power you need to put the key card in. Overall okay stay you get what you pay for."

"Rooms are not clean, floors are sticky, tables had food sauce left over tv remote was oily. Towels was dirty. Hotel is tucked in a corner in the Citi, still very much walkable. Rates for the rooms was really affordable just the rooms was really gross. The sheets don’t event smell good."

"One thing that I like about this hotel is the location,very near to Bukit Bintang, but yeah if you go with lots of lugages it will be a bit difficult for you, well ...... since I just arrived from a very long flight with my mom and we have 4 big and heavy lugages, no one is helping us around. Lobby is a bit old but their room is minimalist, maybe they should renovates the lobby, our room is good, not so big but clean, the bathroom is good too, bright and clean. Overall I am happy staying at this...

"It was okay, if you don't mind the cleanliness of the room. Upon entering, I don't mind how small the room was because it's cozy. They had the water bottles, vanity set, shampoo, soap, shower gel, and slippers (if they're not from the last owners though). They also had the prayer mat for those who are Muslim. "Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything went wrong. The Wi-Fi did not work on the first day, the TV was completely unusable, and the room cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which only made the situation worse. The so-called “Deluxe Double Room” was much smaller than advertised and definitely not worth the price. On top of that, the hotel demanded a cash deposit at check-in, which was never mentioned on...

"New hotel.. Furniture in good condition, clean bathroom, comfy bed. Room attendant need to improve the service. There is another guest bill and medicine left in my room (probably from the previous guest). They didn't change my towels during daily seervice. They didn't change the body wash which is almost empty."
