"One thing that I like about this hotel is the location,very near to Bukit Bintang, but yeah if you go with lots of lugages it will be a bit difficult for you, well ...... since I just arrived from a very long flight with my mom and we have 4 big and heavy lugages, no one is helping us around. Lobby is a bit old but their room is minimalist, maybe they should renovates the lobby, our room is good, not so big but clean, the bathroom is good too, bright and clean. Overall I am happy staying at this...

It is also surrounded by so many restaurants and corner stores to choose from One down side is the internet connection is very poor in the area as too many buildings in close proximity, do need to walk away from the building especially if need to book grab rides, search on internet or make phone...

There are plenty of good dining options in the vicinity, including at the Pavilion Mall to which the hotel is attached. I cannot say enough good thinga about the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended."

"Parkroyal has always deliver good service, and awesome room, that goes to my stay in Parkroyal in KL. A very warm welcoming from Raj at the reception, and the room is spaicous and clean. The breakfast is incredible, wide spread of food from international to local food. location is walking distance to nearby shopping malls. An incredible experience this time and will definitely come back again"
