"One thing that I like about this hotel is the location,very near to Bukit Bintang, but yeah if you go with lots of lugages it will be a bit difficult for you, well ...... since I just arrived from a very long flight with my mom and we have 4 big and heavy lugages, no one is helping us around. Lobby is a bit old but their room is minimalist, maybe they should renovates the lobby, our room is good, not so big but clean, the bathroom is good too, bright and clean. Overall I am happy staying at this...

"ブッキンタンの街もさほど遠くなく歩いて行けます。周りにも美味しいパン屋や少し高級感のあるお店があり、ショッピングセンターには銀座で２時間は待つバチャコーヒーがあったりと少し調べるとなかなか楽しい場所です。 難点はエレベーターが時間を間違えるとめちゃくちゃ混んでいるのと 駐車場の場所がわかりにくいです。 あとコンドミニアムなのでタオルなどは自分で洗濯しないとハウスキーピングは来ないので、3泊以上する人は洗剤を持って行った方がいいと思います。"

"Nice room in an excellent location with a great view, comfy bed, fridge and good shower. The rooftop pool is fantastic. The lift is very slow so need to factor that in."

"1 room without window, incredible. Mattress are thin and hard. Kettle and washer not function well and already inform owner. Hope that the can improve. Currently not recommend."

"Hotel is in such a convince location. Most of the major mall are walking distance such as TRX and Pavilion so you won't have to worry about taking a cab or heading back late."

"The management was Very Good, and informed us 3 days early, that they had arrange the Room Unit and collection of Room Key inthe Mail Box, and before, we had arrived to Dorsett Residence. Location is Good, Only 10mins walk to Pavillion Mall and along the Bukit Bintang Shopping Area. About 15 mins walk to Jalan Alor Food Street, We are grad that had this Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang - De Space, We will come again, "

"There were shops close to the hotel, across a busy 3 lanes of traffic, there is a crosswalk but the cars dont slow down or stop for you. The pool was small and warm. The staff are freindly and helpful, not a large selection at breakfast. In our room the fridge didnt work, the carpets are stained and and in need of a deep clean even in the hallway outside. Your room card is used both for the door and power in the room we had to ask for a second card as the power is on a timer and turned off when...
